TECHNICAL DISPATCH FOR PASSENGER FLIGHTS
There are two options for technical dispatch service.
Service Description:
Rampa Service: includes the necessary staff for loading and unloading the aircraft as specified in the operations manual according to the type of aircraft. Assintance at check-in counters and baggage room (for commercial flights), transfer of baggage and/or cargo to customs or other location agreed between the airline and the airport, garbage disposal and sewage services. Weight and Balance: calculation of weight and balance, weather information, flight control (via SITATEX and VHF air/land communications). Technical Assistance: includes signaling and parking the aircraft, coordinating services with the flight captain, overseeing refueling service, executing the 360-degree turn, coordinating the pushback and transmitting the flight plan.

Service package: the rate is calculated by using a 1.4 ratio as shown in Table 1. It includes all the services: ramp, weight and balance, and technical assistance. The staff, equipment and service time are specified on technical sheets by type of aircraft in the airport operations manual.
PARKING
On parking aprons: the first hour is free, subsequent hours are charged by hour or fraction thereof. The minimum rate is US$ 3.00 per hour or fraction thereof.
In areas off the parking aprons: the first hour is free, subsequent hours are charged by day or fraction thereof. The minimum rate is US$ 5.00 per day or fraction thereof.
Technical Dispatch for Cargo Aircraft
Cargo flights will be charged US$ 0.024 per pound for handling export cargo, as shown in Table 1.
GENERAL
All additional services, equipment or staff required by the aircraft will be charged according to the respective rates specified in Table 2.
