In compliance with our Code of Ethics and Conduct, being consistent with our Internal and External Communication regulations and committed to an Efficient Administration of the resources of the State of Nicaragua, the EAAI makes available the following mechanism for the presentation of complaints and reports of officials and collaborators whose actions put the Company’s resources and services at risk.

Note: To admit and treat complaints, they must be substantiated and present the pertinent evidence that demonstrates the declared situation. If the complaint is admitted, the treatment will be carried out as established by Art. 28 of the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct. |
